Louis Vuitton Team Manager, Fine Jewelry and Watches – Florence. Lead luxury boutique sales team, drive client relationships, and mentor talent in Italian flagship location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives, fostering a positive and harmonious work environment
- Support team development through consistent coaching, identify training needs, and partner with Field Coach Trainers to create tailored development plans
- Identify, recruit, and develop high-potential talents while securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Set individual and team goals; proactively assess and manage performance to drive business results
- Cultivate long-term client relationships using clienteling tools to deliver the highest level of personalized service
- Develop and implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance through visual merchandising, training, and team engagement
- Act as a visible sales leader on the floor, demonstrating consultative selling expertise in fine jewelry and watchmaking while building a personal client portfolio
- Ensure compliance with Louis Vuitton Promise standards and all operational policies across the department
- Provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative market feedback based on local expertise and client insights
- Champion a culture of discretion, refined aesthetics, and elevated service reflecting the exceptional value and rarity of luxury pieces
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales or management experience in luxury retail, preferably in fine jewelry, watches, or high-end fashion
- Deep appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship, heritage storytelling, and the luxury fine goods sector
- Demonstrated ability to engage discerning clientele with high emotional intelligence, empathy, and discretion
- Strong product knowledge and passion for creating memorable, high-touch experiences in fine jewelry and watchmaking
- Proficiency in Italian and English (required)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail, sales management, or team leadership, with proven success in high-end fashion, fine jewelry, or watches sectors.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail management, fine arts, or gemology is a plus.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Florence, Tuscany, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 48,500 per annum.
