Role & Responsibilities
- Lead team management, coaching, and development initiatives to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client experiences
- Collaborate with Store Manager on business and team performance targets, driving commercial results
- Develop and execute action plans to enhance business performance and product visibility through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team engagement
- Provide tailored coaching and identify individual and team development needs aligned with organizational goals
- Lead selling activities and floor operations to maximize client satisfaction and sales performance
- Manage day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury sector
