Louis Vuitton is hiring a Team Manager in Edmonton — lead the boutique team, drive sales and coach staff. On-site, full-time retail leadership role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing boutique team to consistently deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Design and implement action plans to drive business performance, including clienteling strategies, visual merchandising initiatives and product performance optimisation.
  • Provide floor leadership through selling, client interaction and personal contribution to revenue generation during peak periods.
  • Own day-to-day store operations: staff scheduling, inventory control, loss prevention, cash handling and adherence to brand operational standards.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyse results and translate insights into tactical initiatives that improve conversion and average transaction value.
  • Recruit, onboard and appraise talent, identifying individual development needs and delivering targeted training to elevate service and commercial capability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive retail experience with a strong emphasis on people leadership; experience in luxury retail is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams.
  • Strong organisational aptitude and attention to operational detail, including inventory and cash management.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store operations.

Experience

At least 10 years of retail experience, including several years in supervisory or team-lead roles. Proven track record in luxury or premium retail environments is preferred, with demonstrable results in sales growth, staff development and operational excellence.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, fashion or a related field is preferred.
