Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the store team to deliver an exceptional client experience; establish individual development plans and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Recruit and retain talent; work with the Store Manager to build succession plans and secure the right team composition for business needs.
  • Set and manage individual and team sales targets; monitor performance against KPIs and implement corrective action plans.
  • Develop long‑term client relationships using clienteling tools and cultivate a personal client portfolio to drive repurchase and cross‑selling.
  • Translate corporate strategy into store‑level actions: run briefings, deliver training and animate the team to improve product performance.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership on the floor, support team selling and ensure the store delivers consistently high service standards.
  • Oversee daily store operations: ensure brand policies, grooming standards and visual merchandising guidelines are implemented.
  • Support operations functions including inventory control and workforce planning in collaboration with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail, with a minimum of several years in people leadership within luxury retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing retail KPIs.
  • Demonstrable experience in clienteling, talent acquisition, coaching and staff development.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the local luxury market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to inspire and mobilise a diverse team.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to USD 120,000 per annum.
