Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the boutique team to deliver an outstanding, personalised client experience and uphold Louis Vuitton service standards.
  • Drive sales performance and business results in partnership with the Store Manager; model sales leadership and support team members in achieving targets through coaching and on-floor participation.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and programmes; grow a personal client portfolio and encourage cross-selling and repurchase.
