Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the boutique team to deliver an outstanding, personalised client experience and uphold Louis Vuitton service standards.
- Drive sales performance and business results in partnership with the Store Manager; model sales leadership and support team members in achieving targets through coaching and on-floor participation.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and programmes; grow a personal client portfolio and encourage cross-selling and repurchase.
- Implement corporate strategy and communicate relevant business information to the team via briefings and training sessions.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 110,000 per annum.
