Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced Team Manager in Columbus, Ohio. Lead retail operations, manage teams, and drive sales in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor team members to deliver outstanding client experiences and exceed sales targets
- Provide consistent coaching and develop tailored training programs addressing individual and team performance gaps
- Create and execute action plans to enhance business performance through visual merchandising, clienteling strategies, and team engagement
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on business ownership and team performance metrics
- Manage daily floor operations and ensure adherence to brand standards and service protocols
- Drive client relationship building and retention through personalized service and product expertise
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail leadership or team management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury retail environments
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of local market dynamics
- Exceptional client service orientation and relationship-building skills
- Experience with visual merchandising, clienteling, and sales floor management

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail leadership, preferably within the luxury sector, with demonstrated success managing teams, driving sales, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 95,000 per annum.
