Louis Vuitton Team Manager position in Brussels, Belgium. Lead retail teams, drive sales, and deliver luxury client experiences. Full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach retail team members to achieve peak performance and professional development
- Recruit and build motivated, high-caliber teams whilst developing succession plans
- Develop and maintain sustainable client relationships and drive client loyalty initiatives
- Drive business performance through proactive sales management and achievement of revenue targets
- Manage store floor operations, staff scheduling, and visual merchandising standards as part of the store management team
- Embody and represent Louis Vuitton brand values, attitudes, and service excellence to clients and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of extensive retail management experience
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong business acumen and performance-driven mindset
- Excellent social and networking skills
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and brand representation
- Advanced proficiency in English and French; Dutch preferred

Experience
Minimum 5 years of extensive management experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or selective retailing environments. Demonstrated success in team leadership, client development, and sales performance optimization required.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualification in business management, hospitality, or retail management preferred.
