Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing retail teams whilst building sustainable client relationships
- Drive sales performance and proactively work toward achieving business goals
- Recruit and cultivate motivated team members, developing talent pathways and succession plans
- Manage store operations and coordinate with the store management team to ensure operational excellence
