Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the boutique team to ensure consistent delivery of Louis Vuitton service standards and brand attitudes.
- Recruit, train and develop talent, implement succession plans and drive continuous professional growth within the team.
- Build and nurture lasting client relationships through proactive clienteling, networking and personalised service.
- Drive commercial performance by setting and monitoring KPIs, managing sales targets, and implementing sales initiatives.
- Manage daily floor operations, optimise client flows and support selling activities during peak periods.
- Coordinate store operations as part of the management team, ensuring operational excellence, visual standards and compliance with brand procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of management experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Proven track record of recruiting, coaching and developing high-performing retail teams.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs in a boutique environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a strong client development mindset.
- Fluent communication skills in English and French and/or Dutch.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive retail management experience, with demonstrable success leading teams and delivering sustained sales growth in a luxury or premium retail environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in luxury retail.
