Louis Vuitton is hiring a Team Manager in Brisbane (Queen Street) to lead boutique performance, client experience and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing boutique team through hands‑on mentorship and structured talent development.
- Create and sustain a client‑centric culture that prioritises long‑term relationships and exceptional, personalised service.
- Drive category and store commercial performance through strategic planning, sales optimisation and agile on‑floor execution.
- Own category operations, budgets and results with accountability for profitable and sustainable growth.
- Ensure operational excellence and disciplined execution of boutique standards, visual merchandising and service protocols.
- Act as a visible floor leader, modelling service behaviours, collaboration and performance expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' progressive leadership experience in luxury or premium retail, with responsibility for team performance.
- Proven commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets or P&L responsibility at store or category level.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop and inspire sales teams to achieve high standards of client service and results.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑touch retail environment.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years of experience in luxury or premium retail leadership, including proven delivery of commercial results and experience with P&L or full store/multi‑site responsibilities.
Education
Tertiary qualification in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from AUD 90,000 to AUD 97,000 per annum.
