Louis Vuitton Team Manager position in Beverly Hills, California—lead retail operations and client experiences at a luxury flagship store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve business objectives
- Partner with the Store Director on team and business performance targets, maintaining commercial accountability and market awareness
- Provide consistent coaching and identify tailored development and training needs for individual team members and collective goals
- Create and execute action plans to enhance business performance and product visibility through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team engagement strategies
- Manage daily floor operations, sales execution, and client interactions while serving as a brand ambassador and role model for performance
- Foster a culture of agility and collaboration in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional retail or hospitality leadership experience
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams in a luxury or premium retail environment
