Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and mentor the boutique sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Own day-to-day floor management including clienteling, visual merchandising, product presentation and client relationship development.
- Drive business performance by developing and executing action plans, monitoring KPIs and optimising product performance.
- Identify training and development needs; deliver tailored coaching and support individual career progression.
- Oversee store operations: scheduling, inventory control, compliance with brand standards and escalation handling.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on recruitment, succession planning and local market strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of progressive experience in retail, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Proven people leadership with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing talent.
- Commercially minded with strong knowledge of the local luxury market and client expectations.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, and eligibility to work in the United States.

Experience
At least 3 years of retail experience, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods, with demonstrable people leadership and consistent sales performance.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 per annum.
