Louis Vuitton Berlin: Team Manager position combining retail leadership, category management, and luxury sales expertise—full-time, permanent role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive support to the Store Manager in all operational and strategic matters
  • Direct the assigned product category with focus on KPI optimization and continuous performance improvement
  • Serve as brand ambassador for luxury products, conveying passion and commitment while defining and executing action plans
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members while identifying career development potential in coordination with Store Manager and Human Resources
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through consistent floor presence and exemplify professionalism and customer-centric service
  • Organize and coordinate customer events in collaboration with store management
  • Lead team planning, performance management, and personnel development using diverse HR instruments
  • Provide regular reporting and commercial intelligence to Store Manager and Head Office
  • Deliver product knowledge training and communicate Louis Vuitton values, including collaboration with Field Coach Trainer

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed university degree or equivalent professional training
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with previous leadership responsibility
  • Demonstrated affinity for luxury goods sales and strong service orientation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with performance and results-driven approach
  • Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written); additional languages advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking combined with pragmatic execution mindset
