Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively support the Store Manager in store operations and strategic initiatives
  • Drive KPI optimization and revenue performance across designated product category or department
  • Serve as brand ambassador and category expert, communicating product knowledge and Louis Vuitton values to the team
  • Lead, recruit, onboard, and develop team members using structured talent development tools
  • Build and maintain high-caliber client relationships through consistent sales floor presence and professional customer engagement
  • Organize and execute client events in collaboration with store management
  • Plan, schedule, and coach team members to maximize performance and career progression
  • Generate regular reporting and commercial analysis for the Store Manager and Head Office
  • Collaborate with Field Coach Trainer to communicate product training and brand heritage to staff

Qualifications

  • Completed university degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated first-line management capability
  • Strong affinity for luxury product sales and exemplary service orientation
  • Pronounced strategic and entrepreneurial thinking coupled with pragmatic implementation
  • Excellent analytical skills and results-driven work ethic
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional languages advantageous
  • Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate effectively and pursue shared objectives
