Team Manager position at Louis Vuitton Berlin. Lead retail team, manage KPIs, develop staff in a luxury fashion environment. Full-time contract role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively support the Store Manager in store operations and strategic initiatives
- Drive KPI optimization and revenue performance across designated product category or department
- Serve as brand ambassador and category expert, communicating product knowledge and Louis Vuitton values to the team
- Lead, recruit, onboard, and develop team members using structured talent development tools
- Build and maintain high-caliber client relationships through consistent sales floor presence and professional customer engagement
- Organize and execute client events in collaboration with store management
- Plan, schedule, and coach team members to maximize performance and career progression
- Generate regular reporting and commercial analysis for the Store Manager and Head Office
- Collaborate with Field Coach Trainer to communicate product training and brand heritage to staff
Qualifications
- Completed university degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated first-line management capability
- Strong affinity for luxury product sales and exemplary service orientation
- Pronounced strategic and entrepreneurial thinking coupled with pragmatic implementation
- Excellent analytical skills and results-driven work ethic
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken); additional languages advantageous
- Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate effectively and pursue shared objectives

Education
