Team Manager at Louis Vuitton Bangkok | Lead retail team, drive client relationships and sales performance in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, modeling the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes consistently
- Identify recruitment and development needs; partner with the Field Coach Trainer to create tailored individual action plans and secure succession plans
- Set individual and team goals, assess performance against expectations, and manage team motivation in a positive work environment
- Support team members in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and market insights
- Establish a client-centric mindset across the sales floor; proactively address client-related situations and maximize sales opportunities
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information through morning briefings, training sessions, and team animation
- Provide product recommendations and qualitative market feedback to the Country office based on local expertise and client needs
- Develop and execute action plans to enhance business performance through visual merchandising, clienteling techniques, and team engagement
- Serve as a role model in sales leadership; support team members with their own sales targets and foster cross-selling and client repurchase
- Build and develop a personal client portfolio alongside team management responsibilities
- Ensure efficient sales floor management through visible presence and support, maintaining Louis Vuitton Promise standards
- Communicate and implement brand policies, standards, and grooming guidelines across the team
- Collaborate with the Operations team on inventory management and support the Store Manager with workforce planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant management or retail leadership experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Thai and English languages
- Strong understanding of the Louis Vuitton brand values and luxury retail standards
- Proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Expertise in clienteling and relationship-based sales strategies
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in team management, retail leadership, or luxury brand environment. Proven success in building client relationships, driving sales performance, and developing high-potential team members. Experience with multi-channel clienteling strategies and visual merchandising best practices is essential.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; tertiary education in business management, hospitality, or related field is advantageous.
