Louis Vuitton Team Manager role in Bangkok. Lead retail team, drive sales, and deliver luxury client experiences. Full-time position.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach team members to consistently deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise and embody the brand's four core attitudes: Curiosity, Empathy, Agility, and Commercial Mindset
  • Identify, recruit, and develop retail talent; establish succession plans and individual development pathways in collaboration with the Store Manager
  • Set individual and team sales goals; assess and manage performance against expectations
  • Create a positive, motivating work environment that fosters internal cooperation and cross-functional collaboration
  • Build long-term client relationships by leveraging clienteling tools and cultivating a client-centric store culture
  • Proactively handle client situations and ensure the highest level of service delivery
  • Conduct morning briefings and training sessions to communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team
  • Act as a sales role model, actively support individual sales efforts, and drive cross-selling and client repurchase initiatives
  • Develop and manage a personal client portfolio
  • Ensure efficient sales floor management, maintain a visible leadership presence, and maximize business opportunities
  • Communicate product recommendations and qualitative market feedback to the country office based on local knowledge
  • Implement brand standards, grooming guidelines, and operational policies consistently across the team
  • Support inventory management and workforce planning activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or premium retail
  • Demonstrated passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and commitment to luxury customer service
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing high-performing retail teams
  • Strong sales leadership and commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in Thai and English languages
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to model and inspire the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes: Curiosity, Empathy, Agility, Commercial Mindset

Experience
