Role & Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and empower a dedicated team to achieve full potential, fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and shared ownership
• Drive team capability through succession planning and talent development initiatives
• Develop and maintain deep client relationships, ensuring a client-centric mindset and role-modeling elevated service interactions
• Take accountability for designated product category performance, providing regular feedback to Corporate Merchandising on category trends and insights
• Set clear, ambitious performance goals and monitor team metrics against sales targets and client satisfaction indicators
• Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to exceed business objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams in Operations and Merchandising to ensure seamless execution, visual standards compliance, and elevated client experience
• Lead daily team activities and reinforce a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and brand advocacy

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing retail teams
• Demonstrated success in driving commercial results and exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional client relationship management and experience building loyal client bases
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable team initiatives
• Self-awareness and capability to provide transparent, effective coaching to team members
• Experience collaborating effectively across functional areas in a structured retail environment

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years of management experience in luxury retail, preferably in a team leadership or category management capacity, demonstrating proven commercial success and the ability to develop and inspire high-performing teams.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 per annum.
