Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.
- Coach individual team members through performance reviews, tailored development plans and on-floor training.
- Develop and execute action plans to grow business through clienteling, visual merchandising and targeted selling initiatives.
- Manage daily floor operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, cash handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Represent and promote the brand’s values and service standards in all client interactions and team behaviours.
- Analyse sales KPIs, monitor product performance and adjust floor strategies to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in luxury or high-end retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Strong people leadership and coaching capabilities with experience delivering individual development plans.
- Commercially minded with a solid understanding of the local luxury market.
- Flexible, agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
