Louis Vuitton seeks a full-time Team Manager in Aspen, Colorado, to lead and develop the team, build client relationships, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. The permanent role covers team development, client and business development, selling and floor management, and operations; compensation is USD 110,000–115,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity and benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the team, taking ownership of team performance in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Build client relationships and drive sales goal achievement.
  • Ensure the team delivers an outstanding client experience and exceeds client expectations.
  • Provide consistent coaching and identify tailored development and training needs for individuals and the team.
  • Create and deliver action plans to boost business and enhance product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation.
  • Oversee team management and development, client and business development, selling and floor management, and store operations.
  • Represent Louis Vuitton’s brand values and demonstrate its expected attitudes toward clients and team members.
  • Apply a commercially minded, agile approach in a fast-paced, dynamic and evolving environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the luxury and local markets, ideally gained in retail.
  • Extensive people leadership skills.
  • Passion for exceptional customer service.
