Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruit, inspire, and empower team members to achieve excellence in performance and client experience
  • Identify and nurture individual development needs through continuous training and career growth support

  • Identify growth opportunities by monitoring trends and market developments, anticipating change accordingly
  • Oversee daily operations in partnership with the Operations Manager, including inventory management, shipping, and product flow
  • Ensure a pristine, organized, and visually inspiring environment that reflects the Louis Vuitton spirit
  • Maintain full compliance with Maison policies, procedures, and local regulations

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Dutch
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar team leadership or retail management role
  • Strong client-relationship building with proven sales and business development impact
  • Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams of 5–10 people
  • Solid product knowledge and expertise in Fashion & Leather Goods retail
  • Excellent priority and time management capabilities
