Louis Vuitton seeks a Team Manager in Amsterdam Schiphol to lead retail excellence and drive client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, inspire, and empower the team to achieve excellence in performance and client experience
- Identify and nurture individual development needs through continuous training and coaching
- Deliver regular, thoughtful performance evaluations and support long-term career growth
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment aligned with Louis Vuitton values and serve as an ambassador of the brand
- Guide the team in delivering a refined selling ceremony grounded in savoir-faire and emotional connection
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset through coaching, tools, and data-driven insights
- Maintain deep product expertise across the Louis Vuitton universe, collections, craftsmanship, and heritage
- Ensure optimal product assortment and flawless visual representation in collaboration with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams
- Drive sales performance by setting smart objectives, analyzing results, and implementing strategic actions in close collaboration with the Store Manager
- Identify growth opportunities by monitoring trends, market developments, and anticipating business needs
- Oversee daily operations in partnership with the Operations Manager, including inventory, shipping, and product flow
- Ensure a pristine, organized, and visually inspiring retail environment that reflects Louis Vuitton's spirit
- Maintain full compliance with Maison policies, procedures, and local regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar team leadership or retail management role
- Strong command of both Dutch and English
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships with measurable sales and business development impact
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams of 5–10 people
- Solid product knowledge with expertise in Fashion & Leather Goods retail
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and operational excellence
- Inspiring leadership grounded in a client-centric mindset
