Louis Vuitton seeks a Team Manager in Amsterdam to lead boutique teams, drive sales and deliver exceptional client service.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach and develop the boutique team to deliver consistently exceptional client service and meet business objectives.
  • Recruit, onboard and retain high-potential staff while implementing succession plans and individual development paths.
  • Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, analysing results and deploying corrective actions to maximise revenue.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships through personalised service, clienteling and proactive outreach to grow lifetime value.
  • Manage day-to-day floor operations, including selling, visual standards, stock rotation and customer experience delivery as part of the store management team.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture that embodies the Brand’s values and standards in behaviour, presentation and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (strong command of both languages).
  • Proven track record in team leadership, recruitment and talent development.
  • Commercially astute with a clear business mindset and experience managing sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and clienteling abilities; strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.

Experience
