Louis Vuitton seeks a Team Lead (Women's) in King of Prussia, PA — drive boutique sales, mentor the team, and deliver exceptional client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible ambassador of the brand on the sales floor, ensuring all client interactions reflect Louis Vuitton’s service standards and luxury positioning.
- Drive client and business development through proactive prospecting, clienteling and tailored product recommendations informed by client profiles and market trends.
- Manage selling operations and floor flow, supporting achievement of sales goals, visual presentation, stock availability and POS transactions during shifts.
- Coach, mentor and develop boutique staff through on-the-job feedback, performance management and local training initiatives to elevate team capability and retention.
- Optionally champion a specific product category: curate assortments, track trends, deliver product training and liaise with merchandising on local demand.
- Oversee boutique operations including inventory controls, loss prevention practices, and compliance with brand standards and local retail policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, including supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets in a high-end retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a sales team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury clienteling, product knowledge and market positioning within fashion and leather goods.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and high-volume seasonal periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years of experience in luxury retail with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities and a consistent record of achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail or a related field preferred.
