Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, delivering personalized clienteling and cultivating long-term relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Support Store Manager and Team Managers in meeting and exceeding sales targets through direct selling, floor management and execution of commercial initiatives.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales staff through on‑the‑job training, performance feedback and activity planning to elevate team capability and engagement.
- Serve as category champion: maintain up-to-date product knowledge, monitor assortment performance, and collaborate on merchandising and stock allocation.
- Manage daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, compliance with brand standards and loss prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience, with demonstrable performance in sales; prior experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a frontline retail team, including coaching, performance management and staff scheduling.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets and driving KPIs.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset and polished presentation.
- Ability to work onsite in a boutique environment with flexible availability for weekends, peak trading periods and special events.

Experience

Education

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 32 to USD 39 per hour.
