Role & Responsibilities
- Drive client and business development initiatives to support sales growth
- Manage sales floor operations and coordinate team performance against targets
- Mentor and develop team members to foster professional growth and engagement
- Identify and champion assigned product categories to optimize client satisfaction and revenue
- Execute operational procedures and ensure brand standards are consistently upheld
- Co-create strategic plans with the Store Director and Team Managers to strengthen client loyalty
