Louis Vuitton is hiring a Team Lead in The Woodlands, TX — full-time retail supervisor driving sales, client experience and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and sustain brand positioning in the market.
- Partner with the Store Director and Team Managers to co-create and execute commercial strategies that drive sales, client acquisition and retention.
- Manage floor operations and selling activity, ensuring visual and merchandising standards are maintained and business objectives are met.
- Develop individual team members through regular feedback, performance reviews and targeted training to build selling capability and product knowledge.
- Proactively identify client needs and market trends to recommend merchandise assortments and upsell opportunities; optionally champion a specific product category.
- Oversee operational tasks including stock management, POS transactions, loss prevention procedures and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience, with proven supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities—preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating high‑value client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to mentor and motivate a diverse sales team.
- Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and the capacity to translate market trends into selling opportunities.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays; authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities; experience in luxury fashion or leather goods strongly preferred and a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail or a related discipline preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 35 to USD 40 per hour.
