Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations on the sales floor, ensuring standards of presentation, merchandising and client service are exemplary.
- Mentor, coach and develop sales staff in product knowledge, clienteling techniques and sales execution to maximise individual and team performance.
- Proactively cultivate and strengthen client relationships through personalised service, clienteling and targeted outreach to drive business growth and client retention.
- Support the Store Director and Team Managers in achieving sales targets, forecasting demand and implementing commercial initiatives.
- Oversee operational tasks including stock management, inventory controls and compliance with brand procedures.
- Optionally act as product category champion, driving assortment knowledge and promotional activity for a designated range.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' professional experience in luxury retail or high-end sales, with demonstrated commercial results.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience with ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Strong client-centric orientation with refined interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse trends and client profiles to make informed product recommendations.
