Louis Vuitton is hiring a Team Lead in San Jose, CA (Valley Fair) to lead client development, sales and team coaching. Hourly $32–$40 + benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily floor operations and ensure the boutique consistently delivers the Louis Vuitton client experience.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales advisors to raise individual and team performance against sales KPIs.
- Drive client development and retention through proactive clienteling, personalised selling and relationship management.
- Support the Store Manager in executing merchandising, category initiatives and visual standards for the store.
- Oversee operational tasks including inventory control, point-of-sale accuracy, cash handling and compliance with brand procedures.
- Champion a designated product category by maintaining product knowledge, identifying commercial opportunities and advising clients.
- Contribute to store planning and help implement strategies to achieve sales targets and promotional activity.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales experience, ideally in luxury or premium fashion.
- Proven supervisory or team-lead experience with demonstrable coaching and performance-management ability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays to meet retail demands.
- High standards of professionalism, presentation and discretion consistent with luxury retail.

Experience
Minimum of 3 years of retail experience with demonstrated success in selling; prior leadership or supervisory responsibility in a retail or luxury environment is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 32 to USD 40 per hour.
