Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales floor operations to achieve and exceed store sales targets while delivering exemplary client experiences.
- Coach, mentor and develop store team members through ongoing training, performance feedback and modelling of luxury client service.
- Own client development activities including prospecting, clienteling, follow-up and relationship management to drive repeat business.
- Manage selling and floor allocations across appointments, walk-ins and client events to optimise conversion and average transaction value.
- Support operational tasks such as opening/closing procedures, inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and adherence to loss-prevention protocols.
- Optionally act as a category champion: deepen product knowledge, advise on merchandising and lead product launches in the category.
- Collaborate with the Store Director and management to execute local sales initiatives, visual merchandising standards and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail or premium fashion, with demonstrable selling achievements.
- Proven experience coaching or supervising sales staff in a client-facing environment.
- Deep product knowledge of fashion/leather goods or willingness to rapidly obtain category expertise.
- Track record of building and managing client relationships using a clienteling approach.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least 3 years of progressive experience in luxury or premium retail with responsibility for sales delivery and direct supervision or mentoring of frontline staff.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, fashion or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 36 to USD 39 per hour.
