Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create retail strategies with Store Manager and Team Managers to optimize client experiences and sales performance
- Lead client and business development initiatives, including personalized product recommendations based on individual client profiles and market trends
- Manage floor operations and implement selling excellence standards across the team
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and career growth
- Champion specific product categories to maintain brand positioning within the luxury market
- Ensure all operations align with Louis Vuitton brand standards and drive loyalty
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail or sales experience
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and personalized selling
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
