Louis Vuitton Team Lead position at the Shops at Crystals in Las Vegas. Lead retail team, drive sales, and deliver elevated client experience in a flagship luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve goals and uphold brand standards, fostering a high-performing environment
- Deliver on personal sales goals while leading the floor to achieve team targets, ensuring individual and collective accountability
- Work effectively with the Team Manager, peers, and store team to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience
- Develop, coach, and support the team of client advisors to their highest potential
- Drive client and business development through personalized service and deep product category expertise
- Manage assigned product categories and support operational store duties
- Identify desired products for clients based on individual profiles and market trends
- Proactively engage clients to build lasting relationships and contribute significantly to store results
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail or sales environment
- Demonstrated leadership capability with proven ability to develop and coach team members
- Strong capacity to identify client needs and deliver personalized, elevated service
- Expertise in driving multiple product categories within luxury retail
- Proven track record of achieving personal and team sales targets

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a luxury retail environment, demonstrating leadership capability in team management and client-facing sales roles.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail management certification or luxury retail training preferred.
