Louis Vuitton's Legacy West boutique seeks an innovative leader committed to driving excellence in client and team experience. The Team Lead will deliver personal sales targets while providing floor leadership, critical feedback, and support to client advisors. This role collaborates with the Team Manager to ensure elevated client experiences, manage assigned product categories, and foster team engagement through personalized service and deep category expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve goals and uphold standards while fostering a high-performing environment
- Deliver on personal sales goals while leading the floor to achieve team targets, ensuring individual and collective accountability
- Provide exceptional floor leadership and critical feedback to develop and coach client advisors to their highest potential
- Proactively engage clients to build lasting relationships through personalized service and deep category expertise
- Manage assigned product categories and support operational duties
- Work effectively with the Team Manager, peers, and store team to deliver a seamless, elevated client experience
- Drive client and business development initiatives
- Support team development and professional growth
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or luxury retail leadership experience
- Proven ability to drive sales across multiple product categories in a luxury environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to identify and match desired products to client profiles and market trends
- Expertise in building genuine relationships with both clients and team members
- Focused, entrepreneurial attitude with commitment to excellence
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a retail or luxury retail environment, with demonstrated success driving multiple product categories and coaching client advisory teams.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 38 to USD 45 per hour.
