Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily floor operations to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve store sales targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales advisors, conducting on‑the‑job training and performance feedback to build a high‑performing team.
- Partner with the Store Director and Team Managers to define and execute sales strategies, clienteling initiatives and promotional activities.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through personalised clienteling, product recommendations and relationship management.
- Oversee selling standards, visual merchandising execution and stock/inventory controls to maintain brand presentation and availability.
- Act as a category champion when assigned: develop product knowledge, trend insights and merchandising plans to maximise sell‑through.
- Support operational tasks including scheduling, cash handling procedures and compliance with store policies and loss‑prevention protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of progressive luxury retail experience with demonstrable sales results.
- Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience within high‑end fashion or leather goods retail.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a multicultural team.
- Excellent commercial acumen and product knowledge in luxury accessories or leather goods.
- Legal right to work in the United States and ability to work on‑site at the Legacy West, Plano location.

Experience
At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail, including prior responsibilities for supervising or leading a sales floor and meeting quantified sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail, fashion or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 35 to USD 40 per hour.
