Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a sales role model: meet personal sales targets, encourage cross-selling and foster repeat client visits.
• Develop and expand a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling and relationship management.
• Maximise floor performance through visible leadership, adherence to luxury service standards and effective sales-floor organisation.
• Support the Store Manager and/or Team Manager in coaching, performance management and day-to-day operational leadership.
• Provide regular coaching, identify development needs, and propose personalised action plans to elevate team capability.
• Participate in recruiting and succession planning by identifying and developing talent in partnership with management.
• Serve as the store’s product category champion: liaise with Corporate Merchandising, provide feedback on product performance and client insights, and implement category action plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in luxury or high-end retail sales, with demonstrated supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing client portfolios in a boutique environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching capability with experience developing performance and succession plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, professional presentation and the ability to represent a luxury brand with discretion.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.

Skills

Experience

Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail sales with demonstrated leadership or supervisory responsibilities, strong clienteling background and a track record of achieving sales targets.

Education

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail, fashion or a related field preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 36 to USD 41 per hour.
