Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a retail team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive commercial success
- Coach and develop team members through consistent feedback, training needs identification, and succession planning contributions
- Build long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and establishing a client-centric mindset across the team
- Act as a role model in sales performance, achieving personal targets while supporting team sales goals and fostering cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure Louis Vuitton Promise standards and brand policies are consistently implemented on the sales floor
- Serve as the primary liaison between the store and Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance, quality, and market trends
- Manage operational responsibilities including inventory support, staff planning, and adherence to brand grooming guidelines
