Louis Vuitton Team Lead role in Orlando, FL — lead sales, develop staff, and drive client experiences at $38–42/hr. Full-time, permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model in sales, achieving personal targets while supporting the team in reaching theirs; encourage cross-selling and repeat client visits
- Cultivate and expand personal client portfolio to maximize business opportunities
- Maximize sales floor effectiveness through visible presence and adherence to brand service standards
- Support Store Manager and/or Team Manager in ensuring team embodies brand values in every client interaction
- Provide consistent coaching to team members, identifying development needs and suggesting personalized action plans
- Assist in identifying, recruiting, and developing talent, contributing to succession planning initiatives
- Motivate the team to drive business results and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Serve as the store's point person for the Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance, quality, client insights, and market trends
- Support product category business through team engagement, briefings, information sharing, and action plan implementation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to motivate team members
- Strong client relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Knowledge of luxury fashion and Louis Vuitton brand values

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail sales, luxury goods retail, or client-facing roles with demonstrated supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail management certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 38 to USD 42 per hour.
