Louis Vuitton is hiring a Team Lead in Orlando, FL — lead sales and coach a luxury retail team. $38–42/hr plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor: meet personal sales targets, drive cross-selling and encourage repeat client visits.
- Develop and grow a personal client portfolio through proactive clienteling and relationship management.
- Manage daily floor operations to maximise commercial opportunities, maintain a visible leadership presence and ensure adherence to luxury service standards.
- Support Store Manager/Team Manager in coaching, performance management and talent development; identify individual training needs and propose tailored action plans.
- Contribute to recruitment and succession planning by identifying and developing internal talent.
- Act as the store’s product category champion: liaise with Corporate Merchandising on product performance, quality feedback, client insights and market trends.
- Implement category-specific initiatives through team briefings, engagement activities and action plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ experience in luxury retail with demonstrated supervisory or team-lead responsibilities.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Strong coaching and people-development skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset, with the ability to translate product and market insight into sales actions.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.

Experience
Minimum 3 years in luxury retail, including supervisory or team-lead experience with responsibility for sales and staff development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in business, fashion, hospitality or a related field is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 38 to USD 42 per hour.
