Louis Vuitton seeks a Team Lead in Orlando, FL — full‑time retail leadership role focused on sales, team coaching and exceptional client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the sales floor: achieve personal sales targets, encourage cross‑selling and foster repeat client engagement.
- Coach and develop store advisors through regular feedback, performance reviews and tailored action plans to elevate team capability and results.
- Support the Store Manager/Team Manager in daily operations, staffing decisions, recruitment and succession planning.
- Manage sales floor presence and service standards to maximise business opportunities and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Act as the store’s product category champion: liaise with Corporate Merchandising, provide market and client feedback, and drive category‑specific initiatives with the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant experience in luxury retail, including supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a premium retail environment.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop retail teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and clienteling skills with deep appreciation for luxury product quality and presentation.
- Availability to work on‑site, including weekends and peak trading periods typical of luxury retail.

Education
