Louis Vuitton — Team Lead (Hudson Yards, New York). Full-time, on-site role leading the sales floor, coaching teams and developing client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the sales floor by exemplifying exceptional client service, achieving personal sales targets and supporting the team to meet collective objectives.
- Develop and expand a personal client portfolio while encouraging cross-selling and return visits from clients.
- Ensure visible, proactive floor management that converts traffic into sales and upholds the maison’s service and presentation standards.
- Coach, mentor and provide ongoing feedback to team members; identify development needs and propose personalised action plans.
- Support Store Manager and Team Manager with talent identification, recruitment activities and succession planning.
- Drive team engagement with product categories through briefings, information sharing and implementation of action plans to maximise category performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with demonstrated ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; client-centric mindset and polished presentation.
- Availability to work on-site at Hudson Yards, including weekends and peak retail hours.

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive retail experience with demonstrated supervisory or team-lead responsibilities; experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in business, fashion, or a related field preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in New York, New York, USA.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 36 to USD 39 per hour.
