Louis Vuitton — Team Lead (Hudson Yards, New York). Full-time, on-site role leading the sales floor, coaching teams and developing client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales floor by exemplifying exceptional client service, achieving personal sales targets and supporting the team to meet collective objectives.
  • Develop and expand a personal client portfolio while encouraging cross-selling and return visits from clients.
  • Ensure visible, proactive floor management that converts traffic into sales and upholds the maison’s service and presentation standards.
  • Coach, mentor and provide ongoing feedback to team members; identify development needs and propose personalised action plans.
  • Support Store Manager and Team Manager with talent identification, recruitment activities and succession planning.
  • Drive team engagement with product categories through briefings, information sharing and implementation of action plans to maximise category performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with demonstrated ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; client-centric mindset and polished presentation.
  • Availability to work on-site at Hudson Yards, including weekends and peak retail hours.

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 36 to USD 39 per hour.
