Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve commercial targets while modeling the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes—Curiosity, Empathy, Agility, and Commercial Mindset
- Support the team in building and nurturing long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and implementing action plans to maximize product performance and business growth
- Coach and develop team members by identifying training needs, creating individual development plans, and contributing to talent identification and succession planning
- Serve as the primary liaison to the Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance, market trends, client insights, and category-specific business drivers
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, grooming guidelines, and Louis Vuitton Promise protocols on the sales floor, while supporting operational initiatives including inventory management and staff planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in a luxury environment
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving personal and team sales goals
- Strong coaching and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Deep understanding of client-centric retail practices and luxury service standards
- Demonstrated ability to balance commercial objectives with team and client relationship management
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a luxury fashion or designer retail environment, with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and drive commercial results.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced retail management certification or luxury retail training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 34 to USD 46 per hour.
