Louis Vuitton seeks a Team Lead at Saks Dadeland in Miami, Florida. Lead luxury retail sales, drive client relationships, and develop high-performing teams. USD $36–$44/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve commercial targets while embodying the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes—Curiosity, Empathy, Agility, and Commercial Mindset
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools; establish client-centric action plans to drive business growth and maximize product category performance
- Serve as a role model in sales execution, achieving personal goals while supporting team sales efforts, fostering cross-selling opportunities, and upholding Louis Vuitton Promise standards on the sales floor
- Coach and develop team members through consistent feedback, identification of training needs, creation of individual action plans, and active participation in talent identification and succession planning
- Act as the store's primary liaison to the Corporate Merchandising team, providing strategic feedback on product performance, quality, client insights, and market trends to inform category strategy
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand policies, operational guidelines, grooming standards, and Louis Vuitton values across the team; support inventory management and staff planning initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or luxury sector leadership experience
- Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management and sales achievement
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a luxury retail environment
- Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and clienteling methodologies
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in retail leadership, luxury retail client service, or equivalent team management roles within the fashion or luxury goods sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or relevant retail/luxury certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 36 to USD 44 per hour.
