Role & Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor and develop the boutique sales team in partnership with the Store Director and Team Managers to maximize performance and engagement.
- Drive client development and retention through proactive clienteling, personalised service and follow‑up across the customer journey.
- Lead on‑floor selling initiatives, oversee visual presentation and ensure the boutique consistently meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
- Support operational excellence including stock management, store opening/closing procedures and compliance with brand standards.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, conveying product knowledge and positioning the men's assortment to reinforce Louis Vuitton's luxury market standing.
- Optionally champion a specific product category, driving merchandising strategy and market insight for that range.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail with progressive responsibility in client sales or team leadership.
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing long‑term client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop a high‑performing retail team.
- Strong communication skills, professional presentation and a client‑centric mindset.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
