Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and mentor retail team members in collaboration with Store Director and Team Managers
- Drive client relationship development and business growth through strategic client acquisition and retention
- Manage sales floor operations and coordinate team activities to ensure seamless client interactions
- Execute selling strategies that align with individual client profiles and current market trends
- Champion designated product categories and educate team on product knowledge and positioning
- Ensure operational excellence through inventory management, visual standards, and compliance with Louis Vuitton brand protocols
- Co-create and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales performance and brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury goods experience
- Demonstrated leadership capability and team mentoring experience
