Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador while supporting the Store Director and Team Managers to mentor, coach and develop boutique staff.
- Drive client acquisition, retention and lifetime value through proactive clienteling and personalized selling.
- Manage daily floor operations including merchandising standards, visual presentation and staff allocation to optimize sales performance.
- Lead selling activity on the floor: convert traffic, reach individual and store targets, and ensure an elevated client experience at every touchpoint.
- Support inventory control, receiving, loss prevention and adherence to operational procedures.
- Optionally champion a specific product category, providing expertise to increase its sell-through and visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail, with demonstrable supervisory or team-lead responsibilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a boutique environment.
- Strong coaching and people-development skills with the ability to motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
