Louis Vuitton Team Lead position in Las Vegas, Nevada—lead retail team, drive sales, and deliver luxury client experiences on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create operational and commercial strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers to align with Louis Vuitton's positioning in the luxury market
- Mentor and develop retail team members to enhance performance, engagement, and career progression
- Build and nurture enduring client relationships, translating individual preferences and market trends into personalized product recommendations
- Lead floor management activities and orchestrate selling strategies to drive sales performance and meet business objectives
- Champion the delivery of exceptional client experiences in accordance with the Louis Vuitton promise, fostering brand loyalty and market positioning
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to recommend products aligned with client profiles and luxury market trends
- Support operational excellence through inventory management, visual merchandising coordination, and process optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail or luxury goods sales experience
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a track record of team development and mentoring
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets in a luxury retail environment
- Strong client relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
