Louis Vuitton Team Lead position in King of Prussia, PA. Lead retail teams, drive sales, and deliver luxury client experiences with $30-$36/hr plus bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop team members alongside the Store Manager and Team Managers to foster professional growth and performance excellence
  • Build and maintain enduring client relationships through personalized engagement aligned with Louis Vuitton brand values and market positioning
  • Identify and recommend products to clients based on individual profiles and current market trends to drive sales and market positioning
  • Manage floor operations and sales performance, proactively championing the achievement of sales targets and key business objectives
  • Co-create strategic initiatives with Store Manager and Team Managers to enhance client experience and brand loyalty
  • Deliver consistent, high-caliber client interactions that reinforce the Louis Vuitton promise and luxury market positioning
  • Optionally lead and champion a designated product category to strengthen expertise and category performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant retail or luxury sector experience
  • Proven track record in team leadership, mentoring, and staff development
  • Demonstrated excellence in client relationship building and sales achievement
