Louis Vuitton seeks a client-centric Team Lead for its Jacksonville store to lead and develop the team, strengthen client relationships, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service. The permanent, full-time, on-site role reports to the Team Manager and pays USD 34–48 per hour, with bonus opportunity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools, establish a client-centric mindset, and implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
- Model sales excellence by achieving personal goals, supporting team sales, fostering cross-selling, and ensuring Louis Vuitton Promise standards are consistently delivered on the sales floor.
- Coach team members consistently, identify development and training needs, suggest individual action plans, and contribute to talent identification and succession planning.
- Serve as the store’s primary point of reference for the Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance, quality, client insights, and market trends to drive category business.
- Communicate and implement policies, Brand standards, and grooming guidelines; support inventory management and assist with staff planning.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience.

- Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills to coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
