Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales goals while mentoring team members toward collective targets, encouraging cross-selling and client portfolio expansion
- Manage sales floor operations strategically, maintaining visible presence and adherence to brand service standards to maximize revenue opportunities
- Coach team members consistently, identifying development needs and creating personalized action plans in partnership with store management
- Support recruitment, talent identification, and succession planning initiatives in coordination with the Store Manager and Team Manager
- Serve as the primary liaison between the store and Corporate Merchandising team, providing insights on product performance, quality feedback, client trends, and market analysis
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates the team to achieve business results while embodying brand values in all client interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated excellence in personal sales performance and client relationship management
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members
