Role & Responsibilities
- Co-create strategic initiatives with the Store Director and Team Managers to enhance client and business outcomes
- Mentor, coach, and develop client advisors to maximize their potential and performance
- Manage sales floor operations, including inventory management and category merchandising
- Conduct client interactions in line with Louis Vuitton brand standards to drive loyalty and market positioning
- Identify client preferences and market trends to recommend tailored product selections
- Drive achievement of sales targets and business goals through proactive team leadership
- Support and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members
- Build and maintain genuine relationships with both clients and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience in a luxury environment
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple product categories and driving sales
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with clients and team members
- Proven ability to mentor and develop client advisors
- Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on business results and market positioning

Experience
Minimum 3 years of progressive retail leadership experience in a luxury goods environment, with demonstrated success in managing sales teams, driving multiple product categories, and building client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 35 to USD 40 per hour.
