Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-create strategic initiatives with the Store Director and Team Managers to enhance client and business outcomes
  • Mentor, coach, and develop client advisors to maximize their potential and performance
  • Manage sales floor operations, including inventory management and category merchandising
  • Conduct client interactions in line with Louis Vuitton brand standards to drive loyalty and market positioning
  • Identify client preferences and market trends to recommend tailored product selections
  • Drive achievement of sales targets and business goals through proactive team leadership
  • Support and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members
  • Build and maintain genuine relationships with both clients and team members

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience in a luxury environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple product categories and driving sales
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with clients and team members
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop client advisors

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 35 to USD 40 per hour.
