Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and support the Store Manager/Team Managers in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Mentor, coach and develop sales advisors to elevate clienteling, product knowledge and service standards.
- Lead selling activity on the floor, drive client acquisition and nurture long‑term relationships with high‑value customers.
- Champion a specific product category through targeted merchandising, client outreach and commercial initiatives.
- Ensure operational excellence including visual standards, inventory management, point‑of‑sale procedures and loss‑prevention practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail or high‑end clienteling roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a client‑centric approach.
- Availability to work on‑site with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; eligibility to work in the United States.

Experience
At least 3 years of progressive retail experience, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods, including a demonstrable record of sales performance and experience supervising or coaching a team.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, or a related field preferred.
